Yahoo Stores offers Cross Sell items in Version 3.0 but its a little tricky. Firstly it still has to be implemented properly so it shows up where you want it. Secondly its smart, which is a good thing, because it actually will offer suggestions based on what other customers have purchased. The only problem with that is that it takes a little time for this to happen as the system needs order data. For brand new Yahoo Stores, using Yahoo's built in cross sells will take some time before its really working like it should. For other Yahoo Store owners, they want more flexibility and direct management over what they showcase to their customers. Having "Custom Cross Sells" will allow store owners to have the control they want.
